My path into this work began during one of the most difficult periods of my life — losing my mother to cancer. That loss changed everything. It led me to explore alternative approaches to health and healing, and ultimately to a career built around something I believe in deeply: the transformative power of touch.
My foundation began at the National Holistic Institute in Santa Ana, where I completed their rigorous 900-hour core program. From there I externed with an Ayurvedic physician and served patients in a hospice setting — experiences that shaped how I think about the body, pain, and what healing really means.
I then traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I completed the 390-hour CAPT program at ITM massage school and studied additional traditional Thai techniques. During that time I had the rare privilege of spending five weeks studying directly under Ajarn Pichest Boonthumme — widely regarded as the most influential Thai massage master of his generation, who passed away in 2023. His teaching went far beyond technique. He believed that real healing comes from feeling, not force — a philosophy that still guides every session I do.
Over the past decade in California, I’ve built my practice around one conviction: every body deserves skilled, attentive care. I don’t have a preferred client type. Athletes, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, stress, injury — I work with all of it, and I take real pride in that range.
